Bonarch Draft provides BIM modeling for Dubai architecture firms, consultancies and fit-out contractors. We are a Canada-based production studio: you send drawings, sketches or scans, and we turn them into clean, coordinated Revit models, so your team can stay focused on design decisions, clients and authority submissions.
Our core is architectural modeling, together with interior and fit-out detailing. When your structural and MEP consultants provide their own models, we coordinate them against the architecture.
Every model is produced natively in Revit, with all families embedded. Standard delivery includes the native Revit file, drawing sheets in PDF and DWG, and schedules for doors, windows, rooms and spaces. IFC and NWC exports, and quantity take-off, are available as add-on services. We’re familiar with ISO 19650-based workflows and work inside your own templates, naming conventions and project standards.
LOD 300. Every element is modeled with its exact geometry, size, shape, location and orientation. A wall has the right thickness, height, material and position.
LOD 350. Everything in LOD 300, plus how elements meet and connect. The same wall now shows where and how it meets the floor slab, where MEP ducts and pipes pass through it, and how it connects to beams or columns.
A staircase at LOD 300 has the correct geometry and dimensions. At LOD 350 it also shows its connection to the landing, where the railings are fixed, and how it meets the slab.
That extra layer is what makes a set construction-ready: conflicts show up in the model, not on site.
