Fit-Out & Shop Drawings for Dubai Design & Contracting Teams

Bonarch Draft produces detailed fit-out and shop drawing packages for architecture firms, fit-out contractors, and consultancies working across Dubai and the UAE. We act as your technical production team turning approved design intent into coordinated, execution-ready documentation, from partition and ceiling layouts to fully detailed custom joinery. Every package is delivered in native-English documentation to international standards, ready for coordination, approval, and site execution.

Built for teams that carry the design and need the drawings done right

You own the design. We build the technical package behind it.

Dubai’s design and contracting teams work under tight timelines and high detailing demands. When your internal capacity is stretched, Bonarch steps in as a dedicated production partner, producing clean, coordinated fit-out drawings that match your standards and keep your project moving. No overhead, no hiring, no long onboarding. You send the scope; we deliver the documentation.

What's in a Bonarch fit-out package

A complete fit-out package is far more than a set of plans. Depending on your scope, a typical Bonarch deliverable includes:

Layouts & Plans

  • Partition layouts
  • Demolition layouts
  • Furniture layouts
  • Reflected ceiling plans (RCP)
  • GA sections
  • Power layouts
  •  AC / mechanical coordination layouts
  •  Fire fighting layouts
  • Emergency light layouts

Finishes & Elevations

  • Floor finishes layouts
  • Wall finishes layouts
  • Interior elevations
  • Finish schedules

Custom Joinery & Door Details

  • Fully detailed custom joinery (display walls, counters, storage, shelving, desks)
  • Feature elements and bespoke units
  • Door plans and door details
  • Glass partitions, sliding and pocket doors

Custom joinery is where most fit-out packages break down. It’s also where Bonarch is strongest a large share of every package we deliver is individually developed joinery, coordinated against materials, lighting, AV, ceiling conditions, and site constraints.

How we work

1. You send what you have  sketches or hand drawings, 2D AutoCAD or PDF, point cloud scans, or 3D files (SketchUp, AutoCAD, Rhino, 3ds Max). We review it and confirm scope before production starts.

2. Scope & standards review  model condition, LOD needs, coordination requirements, your standards and references, sheet structure, and timeline.

3. Clear estimate  pricing, assumptions, milestones, and delivery workflow before the team begins.

4. Production & coordination  our team models, drafts, details, and coordinates, flagging and resolving conflicts as we go.

5. Delivery a clean, coordinated, execution-ready package on the agreed timeline.

Timelines depend on scope and deliverables. As a reference: a full commercial office fit-out package in Dubai Design District was completed on a normal 5-week schedule.

Software & standards

We produce natively in Revit, with AutoCAD used where your workflow requires it. Modeling is delivered from LOD 100 through LOD 350, matched to your project needs. All documentation follows your standards and references layer conventions, naming, and sheet structure aligned to how your team already works.

The coordination problems we catch

Most delays and rework on site come from conflicts that should have been caught on the drawings. Bonarch’s packages are reviewed to catch and resolve:

  • Clashes between architectural and mechanical (MEP) elements
  • Conflicts between structure, architecture, and interior fit-out
  • Dimensional conflicts across the set
  • Execution details that don’t match existing site conditions
  • Coordination gaps between disciplines before they reach the contractor

Project snapshot: Commercial office fit-out, Dubai Design District

The challenge on this project wasn’t the size of the office it was the high density of bespoke interior detailing. A large portion of the package was individually developed joinery and feature elements, each requiring coordination between design intent, materials, lighting, AV equipment, ceiling conditions, and site constraints.

Bonarch’s role was less about generic drafting and more about turning a detailed interior concept into a coordinated technical package ready for fit-out approval and execution.
